Before I get into the discription, I will tell you I have SUCCESSFULLY grown these in Laramie County and they are so easy to grow!!! Think regular bell pepper but in miniature size! They are great for snacking or making stuffed pepper hor d’oeuvres! These are heirloom seeds from Ohio, and I ordered the seeds online from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds. The peppers are red, yellow, and chocolate and are a super easy, begginer-friendly plant. These peppers mature in 60-75 days after transplanting and can be extended with the help of a hoop house or frost cover. I transplanted them last year in May and was still harvesting until the 2nd frost in the fall. I would have harvested them longer but my homemade hoop house had a melt down in 30 mph wind! I have started these indoors and will share pictures as they grow! As always, Happy Gardening!!
If anyone is thinking they want to start a plant and you are not sure it can be grown successfully in our area, let me know and I will do the research and we can figure it out collectively!!!
